Have you guys watched "Miami Ink" from Cable TV before? It's about this tattoo shop in Miami Beach with these 5 guys and 1 lady tattooing for people in a shop along the beach. They are all great artists (except for one Jap guy cos he's only an apprentice so far)... and looking at their customized designs made me wana try one if I ever get to visit their shop.
But what type of design do I want? Hmm... Casper? Haha... since it's my nick and I'm fair and "forever kiddy look". Nah... not going to choose such a simple one. Those designs that they created for their customers were all filled with meanings, for example, to remember the death of their loved ones or to start a new life after a perilous past. It was nice actually, to have tattoos with meaning~ unlike the ones we always see on the streets in Singapore... if you ask them what does their "dragon" or "flower" means... they'll either say it's for fun or look macho~
